READ & ACCEPT PAYMENT TERMS & POLICIES

Please read carefully and be certain that you understand our payment terms & policies before accepting at the bottom of this page. Your acceptance of these terms and your payment is a binding legal contract. You will be directed to payment page upon accepting these payment terms & policies:

Payment Policy:

50% Deposit is due at time of availability confirmation. Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive deposit. Balance is due 21 days prior to charter date.

Cancellation policy:

Cancellations affect us significantly. A cancellation, last minute especially, leaves us little chance of booking the reserved space due to the type of our business.For this reason we have a strict cancellation policy.

Full refunds are given if cancellations are made more than 14 days prior to charter date.

Deposits are non-refundable if cancellations are made 14 days or less prior to charter date.

You can replace your guests at anytime, but we cannot refund money for no-shows.

Capt. Dennis Walker solely reserves the right to cancel a trip within the 30 days prior of your scheduled trip.

Weather Cancellations:

Texas weather is unpredictable. It can be windy, rainy, cold, and sometimes extreme, which is beyond our control. Windy conditions, light drizzle, and scattered rain showers are not reasons for cancellation.

We will consult with you before any decisions are made to cancel a trip due to stormy weather. However, Capt. Dennis Walker makes the final decision. If a weather cancellation occurs, you have the option of rescheduling or obtaining a FULL REFUND.
